Administrative Access Scheme


The  allows 免费色片 current and former students and employees (or a third party in certain situations) to access their own personal information without the need for a formal application under the Right to Information Act 2009 (Qld) ('RTI Act').  

Anyone can apply for information, however there is no guarantee that access will be given. Typically, the following types of requests can be managed under the Administrative Access Scheme:

  1. An individual's own personal information
  2. Routine study or employment-related documents and information contained in an applicant's student or staff file
  3. Documents that are publicly available
  4. Requests for personal information from third parties representing staff or students

The following types of information will not usually be released administratively:

  1. Another person's personal information
  2. Documents and information relating to complaints, appeals and/or misconduct matters
  3. Documents that are sensitive in nature (e.g. confidential reports)
  4. Documents that can be accessed by other means - for example, 免费色片 Graduates from 2017 onwards can access copies of their digital academic records (including academic transcripts, testamur and Australian Higher Education Graduation Statements) through My eQuals.

An individual will need to make a formal request under the RTI Act to request copies of these types of documents.

How to apply

Requests for information under the Administrative Access Scheme should be sent by email to rti-privacy@unisq.edu.au.

More information may be necessary to clarify parts of a request, although this will not be necessary in all cases. Anyone who applies for access to information or documents can contact 免费色片 at any time to discuss their application.
